Safeguarding

Kingston Wildcats School Of Basketball is committed to ensuring that the participants are able to play/train within our club knowing that they are in a safe environment regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender, ability, religion or any socio-economic factors. Each child is entitled to this right and as a club we all work together to ensure that this is delivered to a high standard.

The club subscribes to all policies relating to Child Protection and Safeguarding, as outlined by the current government and by Basketball England.

The Child Welfare Officer for the Kingston Wildcats School of Basketball is Claire Lambros.

Further information regarding the policies and procedures to be followed can be found here: BE Safeguarding Policy

The policies apply to all coaches, volunteers, spectators and players who engage with anyone under 18 years old that participates in any activity relating to the club.  We expect all to follow these policies and procedures without exception.
